空心化背景下西部地区乡村治理的现实困境与解决对策——以广西壮族自治区都安县隆仲村为例

摘　　要：农村人口空心化是我国工业化和城市化的必然趋势,随着工业化和城市化的加快,大量农村剩余劳动力涌向城市,导致农村劳动力减少,出现了农村人口空心化现象。人口空心化使得农村在公共事务管理、经济发展、文化教育发展中面临诸如村民政治参与不足、农村公共产品供给不足、经济发展缓慢、文化认同发生改变等一系列乡村治理困境。对于西部地区,人口空心化对经济、文化、公共事务管理等方面的影响更为明显,造成农村发展脚步迟缓。The population hollowness of countryside is an inexorable trend in industrialization and urbanization. With the development, a lot of surplus labor force surge to cities, which leads to the result of labor force decrease and finally causes the phenomenon of population hollowness in countryside. The hollowness results in many difficulties in public affairs management, economic development, educational and cultural development. Lacks of political participation, rural public products, and poor development are very obvious. All of these slow down the development of countryside.
