摘  要:目的分析不同海拔高度和高原环境对急进高原救援者眼底视网膜血管的影响。方法分别在海拔60 m、3500 m、4570 m等不同海拔高度环境中,采用YZ6E检眼镜对99名急进青藏高原救援者进行眼底检查。结果海拔60 m的平原,99名救援者眼底均未见视网膜血管异常;海拔3500 m,视网膜静脉轻度充盈20眼;海拔4570 m,视网膜静脉充盈和扩张47眼、视网膜出血4眼、视网膜血管呈腊肠状改变4眼。结论高原环境对眼底视网膜血管具有一定的影响,并且随着海拔高度的增加,影响的严重程度逐渐增加。Objective To analyze the impacts of the altitude environment and different altitudes on retinal blood vessels of re- lief personnel after the emergent entry into plateau. Methods The fundus of 99 rescuers emergently entered Qinghai-Tibet plateau were checked with YZ6E ocular fundus microscopy at altitudes of 60 m, 3500 m and 4570 m respectively. Results At an altitude of 60 m, 99 rescuers' fundus retinal vascular were not abnormal ; At an altitude of 3500 m, 20 eyes' retinal veins were filling mildly ; At an altitude of 4570 m, 47 eyes' retinal veins were filling and expanding, 4 eyes' retinas were hemorrhagic, and 4 eyes' retinal blood vessels changed into sausages shape. Conclusions The plateau environment influences the retinal blood vessels of ocular fundus cer- tainly, and with the increase of altitude, the severity of the impact is gradually increasing.
