摘　　要：地震灾害具有突发性和难预测性,医院必须采取科学合理的灾害应急储备物资管理制度与方法,才能在灾害发生早期对物资进行正确快速的分类与配送。本文回顾总结了笔者参加的地震救援,提出了一套在日常规章制度方面切实有效的应急储备物资管理制度,以及应急储备物资应如何有效地分类、配送和管理,希望对医院应急储备物资管理工作提供一定的借鉴。Due to the nature of abruptness and unpredictability of earthquakes, and in order to arrange and distribute emergen- cy resources correctly and timely in early periods, hospitals should adopt a scientific and reasonable regulation method. This paper summarized the author＇ s experiences related to earthquake disaster relief, and put forward a set of effective rules and regulations of dai- ly emergency resources management, and offered solutions on how to classify, distribute and manage emergency resources effectively, in hope of providing references for hospital emergency resources management.
