摘　　要：随着我国社会经济快速发展及科技的不断进步,目前迫切需求口腔医学专业高端人才,特别是对于高、精、尖类口腔医学创新型人才的需求尤为迫切。要培养高素质的口腔医学创新型人才,必须建立完善的人才培养体系,特别是在研究生培养阶段,要注重科研创新能力及临床操作能力的协同培养。除了对现阶段的研究生培养模式进行改革和创新以外,更要全面提高研究生科研能力以及临床技能,从而为社会输送更多具有国际视野的高素质的口腔医生。With the rapid development of social economy and the updating constantly of science and technology, there is an urgent demand of oral medical professional advance talents especially for the advanced oral medical innovative talents demand is particularly urgent. To cultivate oral medical innovative talents of high quality, the perfect personnel training system must be established, especially in the stage of postgraduate education which should pay attention to the collaborative education of scientific research innovation and clinical operation ability. In addition to reform and innovate the present stage education mode of postgraduate, the more important is to improve the scientific research ability and clinical skills so as to deliver more and more high-quality oral surgeons with international vision for the society.
