摘 要:NaHSO4·H2O与浓H2SO4可作为酯化反应的催化剂,本文研究了以冰乙酸和异乙醇为原料,NaHSO4·H2O和浓H2SO4为复合催化剂合成乙酸异丁酯。最好反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比n(冰乙酸)∶n(异乙醇)为1∶1.16,催化剂用量为1.3g,复合催化剂中NaHSO4·H2O与浓H2SO4之比为1∶0.17,反应时间120min,酯化率最高可达82%。The sodium bisulfate and concentrated sulfuric acid can be used as a catalyst for esterification. Us-ing acetic acid and isobutanol as raw material, sodium bisulfate and sulfuric acid catalyst for the synthesis of stearic acid ester compound were studied. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: acid molar ratio n (acetic acid)∶n (isobutanol) was1∶1.16, the amount of catalyst 1.3g, Complex catalyst in concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium hydrogen sulfate ratio of 1∶0.17, and the reaction time was one hundred and twenty minutes. Esterifica-tion rate can be up to 88.5%.
