通用型林木联合采伐机润滑剂的研制

摘　　要：本文结合林木联合采伐机发动机、液压系统、齿轮传动系统的工作特点和工作环境,通过对润滑剂基础油以及其他添加剂的考察和筛选,确定了一种通用型林木联合采伐机润滑剂的配方。通过对润滑剂理化性质的实验研究和在采伐机上成功试用表明,通用型林木联合采伐机润滑剂不仅具有良好的剪切安定性、抗高温氧化性、抗水、防锈、抗腐蚀性能,达到一油通用,而且它具有高性价比,对环境友好,不会造成林地的污染和破坏。Combining with the work characteristic and environment of the engine, the hydraulic system and the gear transmission system of forest combined harvesters, a new formula of lubricant was determined by studying and selecting the base oil and compound additives. The physical and chemical characteristics of lubricant have been tested more than one year in the laboratory and the lubricant has been successfully applied in a forest com-bined harvesters. It is found that the developed lubricant not only has good shear stability, excellent oxidation sta-bility, anti-wear, anti-rust and strong corrosion resistance to be a universal lubricant, but also has highly cost-ef-fective. The developed lubricant is environment-friendly, which could not cause pollution and the destruction of forest land.
