摘　　要：为了能够使制造业价值链健康发展,以利于各个节点企业形成持续的竞争优势,实现顾客价值最大化,文章从制造业价值链绩效评价的概念出发,通过对制造业价值链绩效评价的六个主要影响因素的分析,得出制造业价值链的评价指标。In order to make the development of the value chain of the manufacturing healthily, facilitate the formation of the sustained competitive advantage for every enterprises on the chain and maximize the value of the customers, the paper begins with the concept of the performance evaluation of the value chain of the manufacturing, and finally points out the evaluation index of the value chain of manufacturing from analyzing the six main factors that can affect the performance evaluation of the value chain of the manufacturing.
