摘　　要：随经济全球化和区域一体化的发展,中国和东盟国家间存在着巨大的人力资源开发合作的空间,人力资源开发在中国-东盟自由贸易区总体开发中具有重要的战略地位。文章对中国-东盟人力资源开发合作的发展历程及其动力机制进行了探讨,并深入分析了中国-东盟人力资源开发合作的溢出效应。There are a lot of chances in the field of human resources cooperative development between China and ASEAN countries. And it becomes more and more important with the acceleration of globalization and regionalization. The article reviewed the development history of cooperation first, then studied the driving mechanism, and made further analysis on the spillover effects of human resources cooperative development between China and the ASEAN countries.
