摘　　要：本文以皖江城市带为示范区,研究了产业用地集约利用评价指标体系,建立了存量产业用地集约利用评价模型、潜力测算模型和调控模型。在此基础上,采用C/S/S架构,设计开发了产业用地集约利用调控信息系统,利用GIS技术实现了产业用地集约利用科学评价和信息化调控,为产业用地调控提供了决策支撑。This paper studies on the index system of industrial land intensive utilization. The algorithm models of industrial land intensive utilization, land potential and control are proposed. Based on this, industrial land intensive utilization control system is developed with C/S/S infrastructure. The system realizes scientific evaluation and information control of industrial land intensive utilization with GIS technology. And the decision support is provided for control of industrial land intensive utilization.
