摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等对核心竞争力与辽宁高校体育管理人才培养进行了深入分析和探讨,以期促进辽宁省高校可持续性发展。This article uses literature material method, expert interview method, etc. to analyze and discuss the core competitiveness and college sports management personnel training in Liaoning in order to promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities in Liaoning province.
