摘　　要：目的建立一套适合我国社区卫生服务现状及发展需要的社区护理质量评价指标,为卫生行政部门完善质量考核标准提供参考。方法 2013年6—10月,通过系统的文献检索收集社区护理质量相关指标,共进行2轮专家咨询,运用德尔菲(Delphi)法来确定指标体系。结果社区护理质量评价指标体系包括6项1级指标、27项2级指标和90项指标内涵。结论本指标体系对社区护理开展的医疗、预防、保健、康复、健康指导、家庭护理、舒缓疗护以及信息化管理等方面进行了全方位客观评价,突出了社区护士参与基本医疗与基本公共卫生服务的功能现状,具有较好的实用价值。Objective To establish a set of evaluation indicators of community nursing quality to suit the devel- opment of national community health service and to provide reference for health administrative departments to further improve the quality of assessment standards. Methods The relevant evaluation indicators of community nursing quality through literature retrieval systems were collected from June to October 2013. After two rounds of expert consultation, the index system was established by Delphi method. Results The evaluation system of community nursing quality included 6 first-level indicators, 27 second-level indicators and 90 connotations. Conclusion The index system provides a comprehensive and objective evaluation of community nursing in terms of medical treatment, prevention, health care, recovery, health guidance, home nursing, palliative treat- ment and care as well as information management. It also highlights the function status of nurses participating in the basic medical and public health services, which indicates a great practical value.
