摘　　要：为成型"Ω"形的异形密封圈,设计了内分瓣的模具结构,凹模采用整体结构,型腔内的凸模是分瓣结构,通过定位芯轴支撑组合凸模。模具投入生产后,生产的密封圈满足使用要求,已成功运用在多种型号的飞机上。The structure of a mould for an shaped seal ring was designed based on its structural characteristics and application requirements. The mould has an integral cavity plate, while the punch in the cavity is sectioning which is supported by positioning core spindle.
