摘 要:研究了大孔离子交换树脂对氢化端羟基液体丁腈橡胶(HHTLNBR)胶液中残留铑催化剂的吸附和解吸附性能,考察了不同类型树脂、树脂用量、吸附温度及时间对吸附率的影响,对筛选出的树脂进行了解吸附条件试验,并对树脂吸附前后的HHTLNBR的结构进行了表征。结果表明,用带有伯氨基的大孔离子交换树脂(D 4)作为吸附树脂,在温度为80℃、用量为2.0 g、反应时间为2 h的条件下,对铑的吸附率可达98.0%以上;采用质量分数为10%的硫脲-甲酸溶液(以质量分数为88%的甲酸配制)作解吸剂,在80℃下反应1 h,解吸率约为70.0%;用D 4脱除铑催化剂的过程并未对HHTLNBR的结构产生影响。The properties of adsorption and desorption of macroporous ion exchange resin was studied for Rh catalyst residue in hydrogenated hydroxylterminated liquid nitrile rubber (HHTLNBR),the effect of resin types and dosage,reaction temperature and time on adsorption rate were investigated,the condition tests of desorption for the selected resin were conducted,and the structure of HHTLNBR before and after resin adsorption was characterized.The results showed that the adsorption rate of Rh catalyst residue on the macroporous ion exchange resin with primary amino group (D 4) reached above 98.0% at D 4 2.0 g,reaction temperature 80 ℃ and time 2 h.The desorption rate was about 70.0% when mass fraction 10% thiourea-formic acid solution prepared with mass fraction 88% formic acid was used as desorption agent at 80 ℃ for 1 h.The structure of HHTLNBR was not affected by removal process of Rh catalyst residue with D 4.
