摘  要:车用温度传感器在制造完成后的校验是一项非常复杂的过程,通常由人工完成。为了提高传感器在制造完成后校验的准确性和检测速度,设计了一种车用温度传感器自动校验检测平台。该检测平台以可编程控制器(PLC)作为控制单元,采用万用表卡和高阻仪分别对传感器的电阻和内部端子与外壳的绝缘性进行检测。试验结果表明,相比传统的校验方式,该检测平台不再受检测时间和检测环境温度不均的影响,减少了人为干扰的影响,提高了检测精度和检测效率。同时,该平台经过部分改进还可用于其他类型传感器的检测,装置的通用性较好。Calibration after completion of manufacturing of vehicle temperature sensors is a very complicated process,normally it is manually done. In order to improve the accuracy and speed of such calibration,the automatic calibration and detection platform for vehicle temperature sensors has been designed. The detection platform is constructed with programmable logic controller(PLC) as the control unit,by using digital multi- meter(DMM) card and high resistance meter,the resistance of the sensor and the insulation between internal terminals and the shell are tested respectively. The experimental results show that comparing with traditional detection mode,this detection platform is no longer affected by the temperature of detection time or detection environment; and reduces the impact of human disturbance; thus the detection accuracy and efficiency are enhanced. In addition,other types of sensors can also be detected by partially modifying the platform.
