摘  要:[目的]为新疆和云南穿梭育种过程中农艺性状的选择提供理论依据.[方法]2010 ~2011年采用异地种植的方法,研究29份春小麦材料在新疆和云南的株高、穗长、穗粒数、穗粒重、千粒重和单株有效穗数的表现.按照地理来源和材料类型研究各性状在两地的表现,并分析相应性状在两地间的相关性.[结果]云南点株高、穗长、穗粒数、穗粒重和千粒重的平均值大于新疆点,新疆点的单株成穗数平均值高于云南点.株高、穗长、穗粒数、穗粒重和千粒重在两地间呈正相关,单株有效穗数呈负相关.[结论]在云南和新疆进行穿梭育种过程中应对株高、穗长和千粒重进行严格选择,对穗粒数和穗粒重的选择标准应适当放宽,对单株有效穗数的选择应以新疆点为主.[Objective] The research aims to study the major different agronomic traits of spring wheat in Xinjiang and Yunnan in the hope of providing the guidance to shuttle breeding at two contrasting locations.[Method] In this paper,the changing laws of the plant height,spike length,grain number per spike,grain weight per spike,1000-grain weight,spike number per plant were researched on the basis of provinces and groups,respectively.In this experiment,samples of 29 spring wheat served as experimental material and this experiment was carried during 2010-2011.[Result] The average plant height,spike length,grain number per spike,grain weight per spike,1000-grain weight in Yunnan were heavier than thoset of Xinjiang.At the same,the correlation coefficient of these traits in two locations was positive value.However,the average of the spike number per plant in Xinjiang was higher than that of Yunnan.And the correlation coefficient of the spike number per plant in Xinjiang and Yunnan was negatively related.[Conclusion] The results indicated that when shuttle breeding in Yunnan and Xinjiang,plant height,spike length,1000-grain weight should be selected with higher standard.Likewise,spike number per plant and grain weight per spike could be selected with appropriate standard and spike number per plant must be selected in Xinjiang.
