摘  要:[目的]调查不同施肥处理下灰枣根际微生物数量,了解节约化栽培管理对灰枣根际微生物的影响,从微生物的变化情况角度探讨灰枣生长.[方法]采用根际微生物多样性调查,平板稀释计数法和Duncan方差差异显著性分析法.[结果]处理13中根际土壤中的微生物以细菌居优势(18.14×10^5 CFU/g)放线菌次之(26.44×10^4 CFU/g)真菌最少(2.47×10^4 CFU/g),对应的处理13,枣树的产量也是最高的;施用80%的NPK+ (30 g)PGPR菌肥的时候,在枣树的不同生育期,细菌、真菌、放线菌的含量均高于其它处理.[结论]“3414”14个肥力处理中,不同施肥处理条件下枣树根际土壤微生物各生物类群数量差异显著(P<0.05),PGPR菌肥在相应的化肥投入基础上才能更好地发挥其作用特性.[Objective] The project focuses on the investigation of different fertilization treatments under the jujube rhizosphere microorganisms in the hope of understanding the influence of jujube conservation cultivation management on rhizosphere microorganisms and exploring the jujube growth from the perspective of microbes changes exploration the jujube,which might be of great significance to growth in the soil biological properties.[Method] Investigations into rhizosphere microbial diversity were carried out and plate dilution method and Duncan variance analysis method were applied.[Result] During the processing 13 rhizosphere soil microorganisms,bacteria were dominant (18.14 × 10^5 C FU/g),followed by actinomyces (26.44 × 10^4 CFU/g),fungus was the fewest (2.47 × 10^4 CFU/g).The corrresponding treatment 13 produced the highest yield of jujube;application of 80% NPK + (30 g) PGPR fertilizer when,during the jujube different growth stages,bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes were higher than other treatments.[Conclusion] 14 fertility treatments of "3414",different fertilizer treatments of jujube rhizosphere,microflora number varied significantly (P 〈 0.05),PGPR fertilizer only played its own properties on the basis of a certain soil fertility or on the basis of the corresponding inputs of fertilizer.
