摘 要:[目的]调查石河子加工辣椒病毒病发病情况以及发病影响因素,有效地指导生产实践.[方法]采用五点法对石河子加工辣椒病毒病发生发展、症状类型、发病率、病情指数及影响因素进行调查,用邓肯式方差分析对发病率及病情指数进行差异显著性分析.[结果]2013年石河子加工辣椒病毒病从6月下旬开始发生,至8月下旬达高峰期;症状类型可归为4类:花叶型、黄化型、坏死型、畸形,其中花叶型最普遍,其次为坏死型;调查的6个加工辣椒种植地病毒病发病率和病情指数分别在14.5%~ 64.4%和9.0~41.5,且差异显著;不同品种、播期、栽培方式及有无防虫网的加工辣椒病毒病发病率及病情指数差异明显.[结论]加工辣椒病毒病在石河子普遍发生,不同地方发病程度不同,且差异显著.不同品种、播期、栽培方式及有无防虫网与加工辣椒病毒病的发生关系密切.[Objective] This test aimed at effectively guiding the production practices by means of preliminary investigation of virus disease incidence and factors on virus diseases of processing chili pepper in Shihezi.[Method] The incidence time,symptom types,infection rates,indexes and factors of virus disease of processing chili pepper in Shihezi were investigated by Five Point Method.The infection rates and disease indexes were analyzed using Duncan-type analysis of variance.[Result] The virus disease of processing chili pepper in 2013 occurred from late June,and up to the peak in late August;the virus disease symptoms of processing chili pepper were grouped into four categories:mosaic (M),yellow (Ye),necrosis (N) and malformation (Ma),in which the most common type was mosaic,followed by necrosis ;the infection rates and indexes of virus disease of processing chili pepper in six main production areas were between 14.5 ~64.4% and 9.0 ~41.5,respectively.which were greatly different ; the infection rates and indexes of virus disease of processing chili pepper were obviously different among the different cuhivars,sowing dates and cultivation methods and chili peppers with or without insect nets.[Conclusion] The virus disease among processing chili peppers was prevalent in Shihezi and the degrees of virus disease incidence of different areas were different.Different cultivars,different sowing dates,different cultivation methods and chili peppers with or without insect nets were closely related to the occurrence of diseases.
