摘  要:为探明杜仲表型性状在无性系间的差异性,为筛选优良杜仲品种提供依据,以10个杜仲无性系1年生嫁接苗为研究对象,对其生长性状、叶片性状以及药用有效成分进行分析,并在此基础上进行早期初步选择。结果表明:生长性状、叶片性状和总黄酮含量在各无性系间存在极显著差异;除苗高外,其他生长性状、叶片性状与总黄酮含量相关程度均未达显著水平;无性系5为生长性状和总黄酮含量均优的无性系。根据幼苗表型性状进行的早期选择,为后续的研究工作提供了理论支持。To explore the differences of phenotypic traits among different clones, and provide a reference for screening fine E.ulmoides cultivars,taking one year old grafting seedlings of ten clones as the research obj ects,the growth characteristics,leaf characteristics and effective constituents were analyzed, and early preliminary selection was conducted on this basis. Results:Growth characteristics, leaf characteristics and total flavonoid content had extremely significant difference among the clones;Except seedling height,other growth traits, leaf traits and total flavonoid content were of no significant correlations;Clone 5 was of both better growth characteristics and total flavonoid content.Early selection according to the phenotypic traits of seedlings could provide a theoretical support for further research work.
