摘 要:为了对开阳县葡萄灰霉病的防治提供参考,对葡萄灰霉病的发病情况进行调查及病原菌鉴定,同时采用生长速率法测定7种杀菌剂对葡萄灰霉病病菌的室内毒力。结果表明:开阳县葡萄灰霉病的发生较为严重,发病率达39.4%;葡萄灰霉病病原菌为半知菌亚门葡萄孢属真菌;7种药剂对菌丝生长的抑制效果为50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂>50%速克灵可湿性粉剂>12.5%腈菌唑乳油>50%咪酰胺可湿性粉剂>40%嘧霉胺可湿性粉剂>70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂>80%代森锰锌水分散粒剂,50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂和50%速克灵可湿性粉剂的抑菌作用最强,其EC50值分别为0.643 4μg/mL和18.733 5μg/m,可作进一步大田防治试验。The occurrence status and pathogen of grape B.cinerea were surveyed and identified,and the indoor toxicity of seven fungicides against gray mold was determined by the growth rate method at the same time to provide a reference for control of grape gray mold in Kaiyang County.The results showed that:1)The disease rate of B.cinerea is up to 39.4%;2)The pathogen of grape gray mold is identified as a fungus,Botrytis,Deuteromycotina;3 )The inhibitory effect of seven fungicides against B.cinerea is 50% Carbendazim WP〉50% Procymidone WP〉12.5% Myclobutanil EC〉50% Prochloraz WP〉40%Pyrimethanil WP〉70% Thiophanate methyl WP〉80% Mancozeb WDG,and EC50 of 50% Carbendazim WP and 50% Procymidone WP is 0.643 4μg/mL and 18.733 5μg/m respectively,which indicates that 50% Carbendazim WP and 50% Procymidone WP can be tested in grape fields for controlling B.cinerea.
