软性角膜接触镜在翼状胬肉切除术术后应用及影响

摘　　要：目的探讨软性角膜接触镜对翼状胬肉切除术术后患者舒适度的影响。方法将2013年7月至12月我院收治翼状胬肉手术患者219例分成A组(120例)和B组(99例)。A组患者在常规讲解术前、术中、术后注意事项配合要点的护理基础上术后给予配戴软性角膜接触镜7d,B组患者按常规护理强调术后注意事项,观察软性角膜接触镜对两组患者术后舒适度的影响。结果 A组患者术后疼痛感42例,有效率65%,异物感28例,有效率76.7%。B组患者术后疼痛感65例,有效率35%,异物感73例,有效率26.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论翼状胬肉切除手术后患者配戴软性角膜接触镜可显著缓解患者术后疼痛及眼部刺激症状。Objective To study the effect of soft contact lens on patients after pterygium resection. Methods Collected 219 patients after pterygium resection in our hospital from July to December of 2013. They were divided into A group（120 cases） and B group（99 cases）. On base of letting all of them how to coordinate before and after the operation, every patient in A group wore soft contact lens after operation. Results In A group, there were 42 patients felt pain（ with an efficiency of 65%） and 28 patients had foreign body sensation（ with an efficiency of 76. 7%） . In B group,there were 65 patients felt pain（ with an efficiency of 35%） and 73 patients had foreign body sensation（ with an efficiency of 26. 3%） . Statistical analysis indicated significant difference between the two groups（P〈0. 005）. Conclusion Soft contact lens could reduce the foreign body sensation as well as pain for patients after pterygium resection.
