品管圈在引流液登记中的应用

摘　　要：目的应用品管圈提高引流液登记的合格率。方法首先成立以管理体温单上引流液登记为目的的品管圈,根据现状,找出问题所在,提出目标,制定对策,应用品管圈活动管理引流液登记。结果从2013年10月20日至2014年2月20日对引流液登记进行品管圈管理后,引流液登记的合格率由活动前的86%上升到96%。结论品管圈活动能有效地提高引流液登记合格率,提高护理管理质量。Objective Application QCC improve the passing rate of drainage fluid registration. Methods First on the list was established QCC to Management the drainage fluid registration on the temperature chart,according to the status,identify the problems,proposed target,develop countermeasures,application QCC manage the drainage fluid registration. Results On QCC management of the drainage fluid registration from October 20,2013 to February 20,2014,the pass rate of fluid drainage registration from 86% before the event up to 96%. Conclusion QCC can effectively improve the pass rate of drainage fluid registration, improve the quality of nursing management.
