三维有序大孔金属氧化物TiO_2和Fe_1Mn_4O_x的表征与吸附脱硫性能

摘  要:通过分散聚合法制备出聚苯乙烯微球,并以此为胶晶模板,合成了三维有序大孔单金属氧化物TiO2(3 DOM TiO2)和双金属氧化物Fe1Mn4Ox(3 DOM Fe1Mn4Ox)。利用氮气吸附(BET),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)等分析方法表征了合成样品的性质及结构,并用含硫量为600 mg/L的模拟柴油(正辛烷+噻吩)对合成样品的吸附脱硫性能进行了测试。结果表明,合成的3 DOM TiO2具有(500±20)nm的大孔和2.4 nm的介孔,3 DOM Fe1Mn4Ox具有(450±10)nm的大孔和2.8 nm的介孔;TiO2,Fe1Mn4Ox的穿透硫容量分别为4.68,1.83 mg/g;TiO2经2次硫化再生后其穿透硫容量仍可达到新鲜样品的92.3%。The polystyrene microsphere was prepared by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization.And three-dimensionally ordered macroporous (3 DOM) mono-metallic oxide TiO2 and bimetallic oxide Fe1Mn4Ox were prepared with polystyrene microsphere as colloidal crystal template.The property and structure of synthesized samples were characterized by means of N2 adsorption (BET),scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy.The desulfurization properties of synthesized samples were investigated using model diesel contained total sulfur of 600 mg/L(n-octane + thiophene).The results showed that 3 DOM TiO2 had pore size (500 ±20) nm macropore and 2.4nm mesopore,and 3 DOM Fe1Mn4Ox had pore size (450 ± 10) nm macropore and 2.8 nm mesopore.The breakthrough sulfur capacities of TiO2 and Fe1Mn4Ox were 4.68,1.83 mg/g,respectively.The breakthrough sulfur capacity of TiO2 after 2 cycles of desulfurization-regeneration still achieved 92.3%of that of fresh sample.
