摘 要:以硅藻土和高岭土为原料,通过原位晶化工艺制备出重油催化裂化催化剂,采用氮气吸附仪、红外光谱仪和X射线衍射仪对其结构和酸性质进行了表征,并在小型固定流化床装置上对其裂化反应性能进行了评价。结果表明,通过掺加硅藻土可使原位晶化催化剂的总比表面积和孔体积、中大孔比表面积和孔体积、总B酸量和强B酸量都明显增加;催化剂经金属污染后,与未添加硅藻土的催化剂相比,重油收率降低了1.05个百分点,总液体收率提高了1.18个百分点,轻油收率略有提高,重油转化能力增强。The heavy oil catalytic cracking catalysts were prepared by in-situ crystallization process with kaolin and diatomite as raw materials.The structure and acidic properties of the catalysts were characterized by means of nitrogen adsorption instrument,infrared spectrometer and X-ray diffractometer,and the cracking reaction performance of the catalysts was evaluated in a small size fixed fluidized bed reactor.The results showed that blended with diatomite,the in-situ crystallization catalyst was improved significantly in total specific surface area and pore volume,and macro and mesoporous specific surface area and pore volume,total B acid and strong B acid amounts.After contaminated by harmful metals to the same extent,the diatomite blended catalyst had better catalytic performance than unblended one,the heavy oil yield decreased by 1.05 percent points,total liquid yield increased by 1.18 percent points,light oil yield increased slightly,and heavy oil conversion was enhanced.
