摘　　要：目的:探讨宫颈癌患者手术联合同步放化疗后性功能康复的现状。方法:运用深度访谈法,收集11例宫颈癌手术联合同步放化疗患者性生活状况的资料,应用现象学研究法分析资料。结果:采用类属分析法提炼升华为3个主题:相关知识缺乏,性交疼痛,阴道干燥。结论:宫颈癌患者手术联合同步放化疗后性功能康复的状况令人堪忧,迫切需要得到专业人士提供专业的健康宣教和护理干预。Objective：To investigate the present state of Sexual dysfunction after radical surgery and synchronous radiochemotherapy for cervical cancer. Methods：11 survivors from cervical cancer were selected as the indepth interviewees and the data about the condition of their sexual life was collected and analyzed by the phenomenological methodology.Results：Three themes were extracted by category analysis： ＂lack of relevant knowledge＂, ＂dyspareunia＂ and ＂lack of lubrication＂. Conclusion： Sexual dysfunction after radical surgery and synchronous radiochemotherapy for cervical cancer is common. There exists urgent need of professional health education and nursing intervention.
