摘  要:目的:探讨闭合复位经皮微创锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折的效果。方法:自2008年6月至2012年2月我院应用微创经皮植入锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折54例。按AO分类标准分型:A2型5例、A3型15例,B1型7例、B2型9例、B3型8例,C1型10例。结果:48例获得随访,平均12个月(8~20个月)。X线片显示骨折全部一期愈合,平均愈合时间为15周,均无感染、骨不连、钢板松动、断裂等并发症。按照Mazur踝关节功能评分:优38例,良6例,可4例,优良率为91.67%。结论:闭合复位经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折具有创伤小,操作简单,内固定可靠等优势,值得进一步推广。Objective:To explore the efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate(LCP) osteosynthesis in the treatment of distal tibial fracture. Methods: 54 patients with distal tibial fracture were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous LCP osteosynthesis from June 2008 to February 2012. According to AO classification, there were 5 cases of type A2,15 cases of type A3,7 cases of type B1,9 cases of type B2,8cases of type B3 and 10 cases of type C1. Results: 48 patients were followed up for 8 to 20 months, average 12 months. The X-ray pictures showed that all the patients got primary healing and the mean healing time was 15 weeks. No infection, disunion or plate breakage was found in this study. According to Mazur ankle joint function score standard, 38 patients were rated as excellent, 6 as good and 4 as fair, and the excellent good rate was91.67%. Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate osteosynthes can accelerate bone union and soft tissue healing. Generally speaking, it is an easy and effective technique and deserves popularization.
