摘　　要：资源一号02C卫星是以国土资源为主体业务需求定制的首颗业务卫星,如何用好该数据成为国土资源领域关注的重点。文章运用该数据对山东西部区域进行了土地利用动态遥感监测,研究了资源一号02C卫星数据处理方法及其在土地利用动态遥感监测中的应用效果。结果表明:资源一号02C卫星数据利用现有的遥感数据处理方法能够达到较好的效果,其光谱信息丰富、纹理结构清晰、地物判读性较好,在土地利用遥感监测方面具有广阔的应用前景,能够成为遥感监测领域一种新的数据源。ZY1-02C satellite is the first satellite aimed to land and sources, how to make good use of the data is becoming a focus in the field of land and resources. This paper used the data to monitor the land use dynamic change in the west of Shandong province. Through analysis on the processing method and ap- plication effect of ZY1-02C in the land use dynamic monitoring, it was indicated that ZY1-02C satellite could achieve good results by using existed data processing method, and its image spectrum information was rich, texture structure was clear, interpret situation was better. It would have a wide application prospect in land use remote sensing monitoring, and become one kind of new data sources.
