摘　　要：针对棒线分厂小型机组Ф12mm圆钢三线切分生产过程中存在问题进行了分析。通过对粗、中、精轧孔型系统改进,保证了Ф12mm圆钢三线切分正常生产。This paper analyzed the exist problem of the Ф 12 mm plain bars in the three-strands slitting rolling process. Through improving the pass system of rough rolling and medium rolling and the finishing to production process in good working.
