血栓通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的有效性及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血栓通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的有效性和安全性。方法选择我院2011年8月—2013年8月收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者150例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用血栓通注射液,两组患者均连续治疗2周。观察两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后心绞痛发作频率及发作持续时间,治疗期间不良反应情况。结果观察组患者总有效率为90.67%,高于对照组的70.67%(P<0.01)。治疗前,两组患者心绞痛发作频率及发作持续时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后心绞痛发作频率低于对照组,发作持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率为5.33%,观察组为8.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血栓通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛有效性较好,安全性较高,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of xueshuantong injection in the treatment of unstable angina. Methods A total of 150 patients with unstable angina admitted to our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,each of 75 cases. Control group given routine treatment,while observation group given extra xueshuantong injection. Both groups treated for 2weeks. Clinical effect,attack frequency and attack time of angina before and after treatment,adverse reactions during treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90. 67%,was higher than that of the control group of 70. 67%（P〈0. 01）. There was no significant difference of attack frequency and attack time of angina between the two groups before treatment（P〈0. 05）; attack frequency of angina of observation group was less,attack time of angina was shorter than that of control group after treatment,respectively（ P〈0. 05）. During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was 8. 00%,that of control group was 5. 33%,the difference was not statistically different（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Xueshuantong injection has certain effectiveness and safety in the treatment of unstable angina,is worthy of clinical promotion.
