摘 要:对5份高粱耐冷材料和7份冷敏材料进行了常温和低温胁迫下脯氨酸含量的测定。结果表明,2类材料中脯氨酸含量在经低温胁迫后都有显著增加,常温下耐冷材料中脯氨酸含量比冷敏材料中脯氨酸含量高;低温胁迫后耐冷材料中脯氨酸含量比冷敏材料有更大的增加幅度。说明高粱苗期脯氨酸的代谢与抗冷性关系密切,低温胁迫下脯氨酸的累积能力与品种的抗冷能力呈正相关。脯氨酸积累可作为高粱苗期耐冷性强弱的评价指标之一。The proline content of five strong cold tolerance and seven sensitive cold tolerance sorghum materials was measured under normal temperature and low temperature stress. The results showed that proline content of two kinds of materials was significantly increased after low temperature stress. The proline content of strong cold tolerance materials was higher than sensitive cold tolerance materials under normal temperature. The proline content of strong cold tolerance materials had greater increase than the sensitive cold tolerance materials under low temperature stress. It suggests that proline metabolism at sorghum seedling stage was closely related to cold resistance and the accumulation capacity of proline was positively related with cold tolerance of sorghum materials. Proline accumulation could be regarded as an index of evaluation for cold tolerance at sorghum seedling stage.
