聚焦超声消融子宫腺肌症的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：评价聚焦超声消融子宫腺肌症的近期疗效。方法：40倒符合纳入标准的子宫腺肌症患者行聚焦超声消融治疗，对比分析治疗前和治疗后3个月的症状及健康相关生活质量指标及子宫体积的变化对聚焦超声消融的近期疗效进行评价。结果：子宫腺肌症经聚焦超声消融治疗后3个月，子宫体积缩小、病变范围缩小。病变范围的缩小率为58．54土12．49％，子宫体积的缩小率30．2±13．99％；子宫腺肌症症状改善，症状严重度评分下降13．67±2．53分，生活质量评分提高20．64士2．77分，痛经评分下降27．77±2．06分。结论：聚焦超声消融是一种安全、有效的治疗子宫腺肌症的新方法，可以有效的减轻症状、提高生活质量，有较好的近期疗效。Objective：To evaluate effect of focused ultrasound ablation of uterine adenomyosis.Methods：40 patients with adenomyosis after the focused ultrasound ablation therapy enrolled,symptoms and health--related quality of life indicators and volume changes of the uterus were comparative analysesed before and 3 months after treatment. Results： Uterine volume and adenomyotic leision volume decreased in 3 months after FUA.The symptom severity scores decreased by 14 and HRQOL scores increased by 21. All women reported the improvement in their physical and mental in different degrees.Concluslon：Focused ultrasound ablation is a safe,effective new methods of treatment of uterine adenomyosi.This treatment effectively relieve symptoms,improve quality of life, a better effect to patients with adenomyosis.
