摘　　要：目的：调查分析该中心门诊部抗菌药的利用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：统计该中心2013年各类抗菌药物的用药数量与金额，采用限定日剂量法计算用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）以及消耗金额与DDDs的序号比。结果：头孢菌素类厦B一内酰胺酶抑制药复方制剂、喹诺酮类、抗真菌类、大环内酯类的用药金额依次列前4位；伊曲康唑、红霉素、阿莫西林、多西环素、头孢拉定、头孢克肟的DDDs依次列前6位；头抱地秦、帕珠沙星、红霉素、头抱哌酮钠一舒巴坦钠、伊曲康唑颗粒、头孢克肟肢囊的用药金额依次列前6位；DDC在0．13--130．52之间；头抱地秦、帕珠沙星、头孢哌酮钠一舒巴坦钠的序号比均小于1。结论：该中心门诊部抗菌药的利用基本合理，但仍应加强该类药物的应用管理，提高一临床合理用药水平。ObjectiveTo investigate the antimicrobial drugs utilization of the outpatient department of the center, and provide a reference for the clinical use of drugs. Meth- ods ： the amount and cost of the antimicrobial drugs during 2013 has been added up, it has been selected that the defined daily dose method of medication frequency （DDDs）,defined daily cost （DDC）, and serial number ratio between the consumption amount and the DDDs. Results ： The top four drugs of medication cost were cephalosporins and beta--laetamase inhibitor compound preparation, quinolones, antifunga[, macroIides; The top six of DDDs were itraconazole, erythromycin, amoxiciI[in, doxycyeline, cefra- dine, eefixime; The top six of medication cost were eefodizime, pazufloxacin, erythromyein, cefoperazone sodium and s ulbactam sodium, itraconazole, cefixime; DDC was be- tween 0.13 and 130.52; The serial number ratio of eefodizime, pazufloxacin, cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium was less than 1. Conclusion t The use of the out--pa- tient department of the center antibacterials is reasonable, but these drugs should be strengthened in management, and improved the level of clinical use of drugs.
