摘　　要：文化是企业的灵魂和创新发展的精神动力,是规划设计单位在规划编制中能恪守"客观、严谨、中立"原则,保持市场竞争力的关键。重庆市规划设计研究院建院三十年以来,在文化建设方面积累了一定的经验,从责任文化建设、理念文化建设、制度文化建设、质量文化建设、品牌文化建设、学习型文化建设和人本建设方面构建了规划院的文化建设体系。Culture is the spirit of enterprises and the driving force of their innovation, and the hinge of “objective, rigorous, and impartial”plan compilation in urban planning institute. Chongqing urban planning institute accumulated experience in cultural construction, practiced responsibility, concept, institution, quality, branding, studying, and human consideration in culture construction, and the above aspects composes the cultural system of the institute.
