摘　　要：山地城市因其发展快速而其承载建设空间的土地地质条件构成复杂、生态环境敏感脆弱,更应注重建设与非建设用地的共轭发展,实现发展与保护的双赢。研究在分析影响城市空间结构的动力因素和阻力因素的基础上,运用GIS技术平台、最小累积阻力模型,以城市空间结构为导向,引导山地城市建设与非建设用地的共轭发展,实现城市建设用地红线与生态红线的"双线叠合",促进城市健康、可持续发展。Mountainous city has complex geological condition and weak ecology, and shal highlight construction and non-construction land conjugation for both preservation and development. The paper analyzes the driving force and resistance of urban spatial structure, uses GIS platform and minimum cumulative resistance model, guides conjugate development of construction and non-construction land in construction line and ecological line overlap, and promotes healthy urban development.
