摘　　要：为解决工业污染严重、自然资源稀缺、居住环境恶劣这一现实问题，各省市政府纷纷开展了生态型城市建设项目，其目的在于利用合理规划、科学建设，将生态环境有效地填充到城市中，实现最优的发展价值。In order to solve the real problem of the serious pol ution industry, scarce natural resources and poor living condition, al parts of the country have carried out the ecotype city construction projects, and the aim is to use reasonable planning and scientific construction for constructing ecotype cities effectively and realizing the optimization of development value.
