摘　　要：随着我国建筑工程行业的迅速发展，在工程建设项目中的成本控制与管理显得尤为重要。本文从建筑工程项目中成本的基本认识及对工程中对成本控制的内容、原则与措施阐述如何有效地对工程项目中的成本进行控制和管理。With the rapid development of construction indu-stry in China, the cost control and management of engineering construction project are particularly important. This article elaborates how to ef ectively control and management cost in the engineering project from the basic understanding, cost co-ntrol content, principle and measures of engineering project.
