散结镇痛胶囊联合曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨散结镇痛胶囊联合曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果。方法收集医院收治的子宫腺肌病患者为研究对象,根据入院时间随机分为米非司酮组、曼月乐组、曼月乐联合散结镇痛胶囊组。观察3组患者治疗前和治疗后3个月患者痛经程度、子宫体积、血红蛋白、血清CA125水平,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后3组患者各项症状均有改善。其中所有患者治疗后均闭经;曼月乐组和曼月乐联合散结镇痛胶囊组痛经评分、子宫体积、CA125下降程度均低于米非司酮组,血红蛋白升高程度高于米非司酮组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);曼月乐联合散结镇痛胶囊组痛经评分、子宫体积、CA125下降程度均低于曼月乐组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论散结镇痛胶囊联合曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病能提高疗效,降低不良反应,具有较好的协同作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of Sanjie Snalgesic capsule and mirena in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis. Methods The patients with uterine adenomyosis in our hospital were collected at random,and they were treated with mifepristone, mirena, Sanjie Snalgesic capsule and mirena. The degree of dysmenorrheal, uterine volume, HGB, serum CA125 level of the three groups before and after 3 months treatment were observed. Results After 3 months treatment, the symptoms of three groups were improved effectively. All patients were amenorrhea.The degree of dysmenorrheal, uterine volume, serum CA125 level of the mirena, Sanjie Snalgesic capsule and mirena groups were significantly lower than those in the mifepristone group, otherwise the level of HGB was significantly higher. The degree of dysmenorrheal, uterine volume, serum CA125 level of the Sanjie Snalgesic capsule and mirena group was significantly lower than those in the mirena group. Conclusion The Sanjie Snalgesic capsule and mirena has a good synergy effect in treating uterine adenomyosis, it can improve the clinical effects, reduce the adverse reaction of using myopathy, it is worthy of clinical popularization.
