摘　　要：目的探讨介入溶栓治疗肠系膜上静脉血栓形成(SMVT)患者的观察及护理。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2013年5月经介入溶栓治疗28例SMVT患者的临床资料。结果本组28例患者,治愈21例,好转6例,病情恶化自动出院1例。结论经介入导管溶栓是治疗SMVT的有效方法,稳定有效的固定溶栓导管,防止其脱出、移位是治疗成功的保证。Objective To study the interventional thrombolysis treatment of superior mesenteric venous thrombosis （SMVT） observation and nursing care of patients. Methods 28 patients with SMVT treated between January 2005 and May 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of those patients, 21 cases were cured, 6 cases improved, 1 case was discharged from our hospital for deterioration. Conclusion The interventional catheter thrombolysis is an effective method for the treatment of SMVT, catheter thrombolysis fixed stable and effectively can prevent its emergence, and the shift, which is the assurance of successful treatment.
