老年人长期照护研究现状及思考

摘　　要：随着中国人口老龄化的持续发展和老年人口的日益高龄化,老年人身体、心理功能逐渐衰退,老年人长期照料问题正变得越来越凸显。通过对34篇相关文献的复习,从国内外老年人长期照护模式、长期照护服务评估体系、长期照护服务需求、存在问题及影响因素以及长期照护人员保障等方面的研究现状进行了综述,并提出了自己的思考,以期为相关政府部门制定老龄政策及进一步系统研究提供理论依据。With the continuous development of aging of China＇s population and the old becoming older, the long-term care of the old is becoming more and more highlighted, owing to the declining of physical and psychological function in the old. By reviewing 34 related papers, the author review researching conditions about long-term care model, long-term care assessment system, long-term care needs, long-term carers＇ protection ,and existed problems and influencing factors and so on. At the same time, the authors come up with ideas of themsevies, aiming at providing a theoretical basis for the government aging-policy making and further research.
