摘 要:以肝素钠、氢氧化钾和氢氧化锌为主要原料,通过肝素化反应,制备抗凝血剂肝素锌钾复盐,探讨反应过程中pH值对产物中锌、钾离子浓度的影响规律,考察抗凝剂用量与体外凝血时间的关系,并对原料肝素钠和肝素锌钾复盐的抗凝血性能进行对比.实验结果显示,制备的肝素锌钾复盐的体外抗凝血时间为17 min,优于肝素钠的抗凝血性能;反应过程中pH值和抗凝剂的浓度对产物抗凝血性能影响显著,最佳pH值为3-4.The heparin zinc potassium was prepared by heparinized reaction with heparin sodium , potassium hy-droxide and zinc hydroxide as main raw material .The effect of pH on the zinc ion and potassium ion concentra-tion in products was investigated , and the relationship between anticoagulant concentration and the coagulation time was observed .And the anticoagulant properties of heparin sodium and heparin zinc potassium were com -pared.The results show the coagulation time of heparin zinc potassium was 17 min, and the anticoagulant prop-erties of heparin zinc potassium were better than heparin sodium .The influences of pH and anticoagulant con-centration on anticoagulant properties were predominant , and the optimum pH value was 3~4 .
