摘　　要：本文首先对城市公共空间的定义进行了分析和阐述，进而以以人为本的思想，探讨了城市规划体系的构建方法和措施，以期对推动城市的和谐稳定发展提供帮助。This paper analyzes and expounds the definition of city public space,discusses the methods and measures of urban planning system construction on the base of people-oriented so as to promote the society＇s harmonious and stable developpment.
