摘　　要：在建筑业的带动下，工程造价不仅仅是利益合理分配和调节产业结构的手段，还是我国项目决策的根本依据。进而要抓好对工程造价管理体制的改革，促进我国经济的健康发展。Lead by the construction industry, the engineering cost is not only a mean of reasonable interest distribution and adjustment of the industrial structure, but also the fundamental basis of Chinese project decision-making. Then the reform of engineering cost management system should pay special at-ention and promote the healthy development of Chinese eco-nomy.
