摘　　要：当前，部分公安机关消防机构仍习惯于独来独往，不与当地派出所进行交流沟通。个别领导工作方法不当，导致基层消防大队和派出所之间在工作关系上发生冲突，互相推诿，配合度不高，这对消防监督检查工作的开展是十分不利的。At present, part of the public security organ fire control institutions is stil used to solitary with no commu-nication with the local police station. Individual leadership work method is undeserved, which result the fire brigade and police station conflict, mutual shuffle, and low cooperation degree in the work, and bad for the fire supervision and ins-pection work.
