摘　　要：框架-剪力墙结构是当前城市优选的建筑方式,广泛应用于商用高层建筑或民用建筑中。本文介绍了这一结构在受力、变形等应力方面的特征,提出了具体实际应用的注意事项,具有一定的现实意义和借鉴价值。Frame-shear wal structure is the preferred way of building city, which was widely used in commercial buildings and civil buildings. This article introduces the stress characte-ristics of structure in the aspects of stress, deformation and so on, and puts forward the announcements of the specific pra-ctical application, which has certain practical significance and reference value.
