摘　　要：本文主要对建设前期阶段造价控制问题进行了详细分析,建设前期阶段造价控制是建设项目全过程工程造价控制的重中之重。本文提出了笔者的一些观点和看法,以供同行参考和借鉴。This article mainly analyzes the cost control probl-ems at early stage of construction in detail. The cost control at early stage of construction is the priority of the whole process engineering cost control in construction project. This article p-uts forward the author＇s opinions and views to provide some reference for peer.
