摘　　要：文章以系统论的视角，结合社会三大部门的分工理论，构建了中国现代城市住区演变的动力系统。并对中国现代城市住区的演变过程进行梳理，总结出动力系统在其演变过程中的作用方式及作用机理。Taking the system theory perspective, combined with the three social division theory, this paper constructs the dynamic system of Chinese modern city living region evolu-tion. And it analyzes the evolution of modern city residential district Chinese, summarizes the action mode and mechanism of dynamical systems in the course of its evolution.
