摘　　要：本文首先论述了工程造价咨询合同的重要性，详细讲述了工程造价咨询行业的现状，并对工程造价咨询行业的违约形态类型进行了分析。最后，针对咨询企业的违约行为，指出了咨询企业应该承担的相关法律责任。This article first discusses the importance of engi-neering cost consulting contract, elaborates the current situa-tion of engineering cost consulting industry, and analyzes the default configuration types of engineering cost consultation industry. Finaly, the author points out the relevant legal respo-nsibility that consulting enterprises should assume in view of the default behavior of consulting enterprise.
