摘　　要：城市的快速发展，使得市政工程支出越来越高。如何对成本加以控制和优化，是现阶段市政工程建设关注的重点。本文探讨了我国市政工程建设中遇到的成本问题，从成本控制方法和观念两个角度，探讨了成本控制优化的措施。With the rapid development of city, the municipal engineering spending becomes higher and higher. How to con-trol and optimize is the focus to which the cost municipal en-gineering construction pay atention at present stage. This pa-per discusses the cost problems in the municipal engineering construction in China, and discusses the measures of cost con-trol optimization from two angles of cost control methods and ideas.
