摘　　要：本文从当前中国城市设计运作过程中面临的如何协调复杂局面、如何平衡多元利益、如何应对市场变化等挑战切入,基于城市设计运作过程呈现出提倡多学科协作、兼顾多主体利益、注重全过程协调的集群化倾向,提出要发挥城市设计集群化协作的作用,在城市设计的运作过程中应当建立切实有效的协作平台、改善职能部门的协作效能、提供整合集群的技术支持并营造多方参与的良好环境。Currently, the urban design in China is facing the challenges of how to coordinate in a complicated situation, how to balance multiple interests, and how to respond to the market changes. As for the clustering trend of multi-disciplinary, multi-party, and whole-process coordination in the urban design, this article puts forward establishing effective collaboration platform, improving collaboration effectiveness among the functional departments, providing technical support for the teamwork, and creating a favorable environment for the multi-party participation.
