摘　　要：《摩诃婆罗多》是印度百科全书的经典著作,其中的婚姻是法的思想的生动演绎。关于法与婚姻的关系、法存在于婚姻中的结论,主要通过天神、仙人、凡人与动植物、无生命体的结合,天神、仙人与凡人的结合,凡人与凡人的结合三个方面得以证实。Mahabharata is an Indian classic with encyclopedia character. The marriage in it is a vivid interpretation of law. The relation between law and marriage and the conclusion that law exists in the marriage are mainly proven in three aspects： the combination of Gods, immortals, and mortals with animals and plants, and inanimate objects, the combination of Gods, immortals with mortals and finally the combination of mortals with mortals.
