摘　　要：治国科学原理是哲理科学的研究内容之一。哲理科学是一门以辩证思维为主导,对哲理进行认证的科学,进而使人们知其然又知其所以然。从哲理科学着手,可以归纳出九条治国原理:治国与中医治病具有同一性;文化与人才是强国之本,资源和能源是发展之基;国家富强的关键在于国民经济诸系统平衡和协调;社会进步的关键在于五大文明平衡和协调;限制公权力和惩治腐败是政通人和之保证;公正与平衡是国家长治久安之基本条件;逆势向上,顺势而为是国家历久不衰之策;构建和谐,创新型社会,非科学治国莫属;根除腐败,深化改革,实现文化复兴是国家的中兴之望。The scientific principle for administering a country is content of science philosophy study .The sci-ence philosophy is a science to understand and prove philosophy led by dialect thinking .Nine principles for admin-istering a country can be summarized from science philosophy as follows： first, to run a country has identity as a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor curing diseases;second , culture and talented people are imperative essential to strengthen a country , while resources and energy are the basis for the development;third, the key to a prosperous and strong country lies in the balance and coordination among the systems in the national economy ;fourth, the so-cial development depends on the balance and coordination of the five civilizations ;fifth, , to limit public power and fight against corruption are guarantee for logical administration and harmonious people ;sixth, just and balance are the basic requirements for a country to maintain prolonged stability;seventh , making progress in a disadvantageous situation following the trend is the strategy for a country to keep durable strength;eighth, to build a harmonious and creative society needs to scientifically administering the country;and ninth , to eradicate corruption , deepen reform and realize cultural renaissance are the hope to revive the country .
